This is an example of how you can install any BestWebSoft theme.
This way of installation is preferable when you download the theme folder by using a download link. In this case, you have to extract the ZIP file with the theme to your desktop, and then it will be extracted automatically in your dashboard.
1.1. Download theme (as the example we used Real Estate theme - https://bestwebsoft.com/products/wordpress/themes/Real Estate-car-rental-booking-wordpress-theme/) and make sure that there is a theme zip-folder on your desktop.
As the example we used Real Estate theme, but the instruction can be applied to any BestWebSoft theme.
1.2. The ZIP archive you downloaded contains two more files: one with a theme, and a “doc” folder with additional files. You should extract the archive to be able to download it to your WordPress website.

1.3. Then go to your WordPress admin dashboard. Select “Appearance” > “Themes” in the menu on your left.
1.4. Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
1.5. Click the “Upload Theme” button.

1.7. A pop-up window will ask you to choose the file. Select the theme’s zip-folder and click the “Open” button.

1.8. Click the “Install Now” button.

1.9. The resulting installation screen will list the installation as successful or note any problems during the install.

2. Install WordPress theme ZIP file via FTP
This is an example of how you can install any BestWebSoft theme via your FTP program.
2.1. Download the necessary theme and make sure that zip-file has appeared on your desktop.

2.5. With your FTP program upload the theme’s folder to /wp-content/themes/ folder in your WordPress directory online (as the example we used Real Estate theme).

2.6. Find the Appearance menu on your left and click “Themes”.
2.7. You will see a list of installed themes.
