  1. Hi

    Until recently i was using contact form 7 but unfortunately after a update of the plugin it stopped working and although i install wp post smtp it didnt fully fixed it.

    I want to purchased your pro version of this form but before i do i have a couple of questions

    firstly can i create a form like the one i currently have on the sister site http://www.partyballoonswarrington.co.uk/contact-me/ i didnt wont to use captcha i would like a quiz question like this?

    secondly i currently have linus hosting cpanel with one hosting comany and my email account is with my domain provider will this form work properly and what information will i need in order to configure it to work spot on i just dont want to purchase this and find that it doesnt work and that you wont support me in getting it fully functional.

      1) as for quiz question – it is likely to be another plugin, that is not compatible with our Contact Form Pro, but if you want, you can order a paid customization and provide details.
      2) you can install a free version of the plugin and check if it will work with your email – the functionality to send letters is almost the same.

  2. Before I purchase this I have two questions:
    1) I currently have your contact form plugin, and you see the website url I posted, and the form fields need to be adjusted to be shorter. Can I do that with the pro version?
    2) Can I add custom fields with the pro version? Such as a drop down that asks how they heard about us and gives a list of possibilities?

      1) Unfortunately, the functionality to change the width of the fields is not available in the Pro version, but the plroblem can be solved by adding the following strings to the style.css file of your theme:

      #cntctfrm_contact_form input[type="text"] {
      width: 222px;
      }

      and set the necessary value for the width.

      2) As for the additional field:

      1) The Contact Form Pro provides to add the following fields (except the basic fields of the Contact Form):
      - SelectBox with the title Department, where the message will be delivered
      - Agreement checkbox.
      - Optional checkbox.
      Unfortunately, it is impossible to add any other custom fields, but if you want you can order a paid customization in accordance with your requirements.

  4. Hello, I will like to confirm a feature in your pro version before I purchase it. I will like to add the ability for a email to be sent to a specific email address based on the subject. Similar to the department feature, however, for it to be called subject. Can this be done with the pro version? Thanks

      “Similar to the department feature, however, for it to be called subject.” – You fill out the fields for department by yourself, i.e. you can specify the necessary subjects instead of department.
      Besides, in the pro version there is a possibility to hide the Subject field (by specifying the default value beforehand).

      Also it is possible to change labels, errors, placeholders and tooltips of the contact form fields. In order to do that please follow the instruction:
      1. Please go to settings page, open the block ‘Additional options’. If necessary, add a language in the block “Language settings for the field names in the form” on the plugin settings page.
      2.
